Goods must be returned within 5 days UNUSED from the date of delivery. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. Any goods USED even once by removing the original manufacturer packing CANNOT be accepted. Due to COVID, we are not accepting returns for few products related to Clothing, helmets, gloves, pads and Shoes. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all the goods that are returned. Discounted Items purchases i.e., items on SALE are not eligible for returns or refund or exchange unless we shipped incorrect product to you. Prior to sending us a return, you must send a return request at dasportsavenue@gmail.com Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and shipped. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to your refund. Items which have been customized, including bat oiling, knocking in and/or applying face sheets cannot be cancelled once the customized work has been carried out.
