The majority of the product images displayed on DA Sports Avenue website and in advertisements and catalog have been created by our own professional team of photographers or professional hired by DA Sports Avenue.
The image may display the manufacturer’s sample, the final product may be slightly different in terms of color or pattern from the image displayed on the Website.

4.PURCHASES:
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

5.ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING:
DA Sports Avenue reserves the right to ask for advance payment/deposit towards processing/fulfilment of any order.
DA Sports Avenue is a platform provided for sellers of sports goods. DA Sports Avenue role is just of an intermediary and agent on behalf of the sellers /manufactures of sports and other related goods. Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons.
The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us.
This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check or validation of personal information provided on the Site. The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 working days.
We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card.
